Welcome to the FastMoto FAQ section! Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about our platform, from how to create and manage your fantasy team to understanding the scoring system and participating in leagues. Whether you're new to fantasy motocross or a seasoned player, this section is designed to provide you with all the information you need to get the most out of your FastMoto experience.

Simply visit our website, click the "Sign Up" yellow button on the home page, follow the steps and sign up for free.
To create your FastMoto team, sign up or log in to your FastMoto account and navigate to the "My Team" section. Select "Edit/Create Team" and choose your riders. You will need to select 4 main riders, 1 Reserve rider. Once you have those riders selected, you will need to click on one rider to make that rider your FastMoto Rider, who will score double points during the next round of racing.
FastMoto offers several types of leagues, including public leagues, private leagues with friends, and Official Leagues which will host leagues for official events, brands, sponsors and pro athletes. All leagues are free to join, unless a person/company has opted to make the league private with a pass code. In which you will need to contact the league owner for rules on how to enter their league.
You can track your team's performance through your dashboard called "The Clubhouse", which is updated with in 24hrs with the latest results from motocross and supercross events. The dashboard provides detailed statistics, points breakdowns, and standings within your leagues.
The FastMoto Club Championship is a season long championship for FastMoto Club Members. The overall winner and the 'FastMoto Club Champion' will be the user with the most points accumulated over the Supercross, Motocross and Australian Supercross championships. The Champion will receive life-long FREE membership. We will also have random prizes and giveaways available FastMoto Club Championship participants throughout the year.
The Clubhouse is the users dashboard. From here, you will see: > Your current team, FastMoto Rider and Reserve Rider selections > Points and Rank from the most recent round > Current series points and rank (Club Members only) > Joined leagues > Calendar of up-coming events > Your FastMoto Championship rank (Club Members only) > News feed showing recent news, updates, tips and information (Club Members only)
FastMoto payment gateway securely takes payments through eWay/Westpac banking corporation. The transaction on your bank statements will be under our parent company Creo Pixel Group Pty Ltd (T/A FastMoto Club). Please allow 24hrs for your payment to be processed and your membership upgraded from Free User to our FastMoto Club Membership. All payments on FastMoto's website are in AUD. This is a once off payment and is non-refundable. We will NOT auto-debit your account on renewal, you will have to manually renew your membership.
The FastMoto Club Championship is for our premium Club Members only. Once you have made payment and joined our Club Membership, the Club Championship will show up in your dashboard and automatically join you.
To win prizes, you'll need to put in the effort! Do your research, fine-tune your moto team, and use your skills and knowledge to rise to the top and claim victory.
